Greg Hickling

Director

Greg Hickling joined Brookvine in late 2009 as Director with over 20 years experience in financial markets.  He has wide experience in the alternative assets universe including: hedge funds and hedge fund structures, interest rate derivatives, fixed income securities and infrastructure assets.

Greg joined Brookvine from Citigroup where he spent three years advising institutional clients on alternative asset solutions, producing a number of landmark transactions using structured derivative instruments.  Greg also introduced a number of third party asset managers to Australia via Citigroup’s global investment banking network, as well as heading the Australia/NZ distribution of the Citigroup Alternative Investments Group.

Prior to his tenure at Citigroup, Greg held senior appointments at Deutsche Bank, as well as a number of well known asset management firms.  He began his financial markets career as an asset consultant and is a well respected industry commentator, appearing regularly as a presenter at conferences and roundtables.

Greg has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University.  He is also a CFA charter holder.
