The Fund invests in a portfolio of low risk Australian agricultural assets. It targets a total return of at least 10% p.a. with an income return of at least 5% p.a. on average. The Fund will be invested in a diversified portfolio of farmland assets with a focus on irrigated row crops, permanent row crops, livestock, dairy, protein investments and water. Laguna Bay has a large and well-developed pipeline of assets with most negotiations conducted on a proprietary basis. The Fund has an initial term of 10 years with a mechanism for indefinite extensions and exit/liquidity.
